And AI just became the most important place to use it.
My career started in brand. Not personal brand — company brand. I spent years working with some of the world's most recognised names. Foster's Group. Estée Lauder. Qantas. Atlassian. Medibank. Learning what it takes to build something that people trust, remember, and come back to.
But somewhere along the way I noticed something. The companies with the strongest brands weren't just the ones with the best logos or the cleverest campaigns. They were the ones where the people inside them knew who they were and could communicate it clearly.
That was the thread. And I've been pulling on it ever since.
In 2018 I co-founded Circle In, a global SaaS platform supporting working parents and carers. We grew to more than a hundred brand partners. We won awards. We made the AFR Top 100 Women of Influence list. And in late 2024, we sold.
I came out of that chapter with a lot of things. Clarity. Perspective. And a very specific question: what do I actually want to do next?
The answer came from Medibank. I'd been doing personal brand work with some of their leaders and they asked me how I could scale it. How could more people get access to what I was doing in those sessions?
That question changed everything.
I turned to AI. Not because it was trendy. Because it was the only way to get the depth of personal brand work I cared about into the hands of more people, faster.
For the last eighteen months I've been deep in it. Teaching myself. Testing everything. Running programs inside organisations. Building the methodology that makes AI work for real people without turning them into a version of everyone else.
Most AI training starts with the tool. Mine starts with the person.
That's the work. That's what I'm here to do.
I don't do corporate training. I don't do generic workshops where everyone leaves with the same framework and nobody knows what to do with it.
I come into a room, figure out who you actually are, and build from there. Every program is different because every person is different. That's the whole point.
I talk in plain language. I move fast. I stay until it makes sense. And I genuinely love this work, which probably shows.
From the room. From the work. Real names where they've given permission.
She is the perfect mixtape of genuine care and enthusiastic get sh*t done. Conversations always move us forward, and outcomes regularly move us beyond what we thought possible.
Every minute was packed with value. No fluff, just clear, focused insights. Jodi's style is warm, supportive and incredibly effective. Highly recommended if you want real results and a personal brand that truly reflects you.
Jodi knows exactly what she's doing. I'm so much better prepared for the next stage than I thought I would be. It was exciting to see all the possibilities open up, many of which hadn't occurred to me.
It is a complete game changer for the way I think and approach my online brand. She zeroed in on exactly what help I needed and structured her support so I could apply everything quickly.
I'm based in Geelong, which I genuinely love. I'm a parent and a carer, and that's shaped a lot of how I think about work, capacity, and what actually matters.
I built Circle In because I understood the experience of trying to hold a career together while also being responsible for the people you love. That same instinct is in everything I do now.
I believe the most powerful investment you can make is in yourself. Not in a motivational poster way. In a practical, this-is-how-you-get-ahead way. That's what I'm here to help with.
Book a discovery call. No pitch. No pressure. Just a conversation about your team and whether I can help.
Or start with brandiie.ai if you want to see the methodology in action first.
