Brandiie (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an AI-powered personal branding platform built on modern cloud infrastructure and trusted third-party providers. We have intentionally adopted a secure-by-design approach by leveraging enterprise-grade providers for authentication, hosting, automation, payments, and AI processing rather than building custom security infrastructure ourselves.
Our commitment to privacy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. In this Privacy Policy we explain how we collect, store, safeguard, use and disclose “personal information”. We have drafted this Privacy Policy to provide you with complete transparency in relation to how we collect, store, process, use and share your personal information.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to our website and the Brandiie services. By accessing our website or using Brandiie, you agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
The Australian Privacy Principles
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (the “APPs”) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act”). A copy of the APPs may be obtained from the website of The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Why do we collect personal information?
We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our website and the Brandiie services to you. We may also use your personal information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.
What personal information may we collect from you?
The primary types of personal information we may collect include your name, company name, email address, login credentials and activity data. We collect this personal information through the Brandiie registration process and through your use of Brandiie.
Who do we share your information with?
We may share your information with our trusted third party service providers engaged to perform functions and provide services to us for the purpose of providing the Brandiie services to you.
These service providers include the following:
Hosting, data storage and infrastructure service providers (e.g. Google Cloud, Make.com, Firebase, Vercel, Google Workspace, HighLevel and Stripe);
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology providers (e.g. Claude / Anthropic and OpenAI); email and communication platforms (e.g. Flodesk).
Due to the multi-territorial operation of these service providers, data may be processed outside Australia.
All of our third party service providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations and only use information as instructed by Brandiie.
We engage trusted AI providers to generate personalised outputs as part of the Brandiie services, including Brand Plans and Brand Commands. Information submitted through the platform may be securely processed through these AI services solely for the purpose of delivering Brandiie functionality and outputs requested by you. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections and handled in accordance with the applicable security and privacy practices of trusted AI providers.
We may also disclose personal and non-personal information about you to government or law enforcement officials to respond to claims and legal processes to protect our rights and interests or those of a third party and the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules and regulations.
How do we use the information we collect?
Brandiie uses your personal information to:
- deliver and personalise the Brand Plan and Brand Command Plan;
- communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
- manage payments and subscriptions; and
- send product or content updates and insights relevant to personal branding and AI.
We will never sell your personal information. We use enterprise/API-based AI providers in accordance with their applicable privacy and data handling policies.
Use of email address for marketing purposes
By providing your email address to us, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We only send marketing emails to people who have authorised us to contact them. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
No collection of ‘Sensitive Information’
Sensitive Information (i.e. as defined in the Privacy Act to include information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, criminal record or health information). We do not intentionally request Sensitive Information. You are encouraged not to submit Sensitive Information unless absolutely necessary.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide our website to you and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This is also the case for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf.
When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we will either remove it from our systems or depersonalise it so that we can't identify you, provided that certain residual copies may remain in secure backups or system logs for a limited period where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
How do we protect your information?
Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We implement security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit or access your personal information.
Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel and trusted service providers required to operate and support the Brandiie platform.
We implement the following specific measures to keep your data secure:
- Data transmitted between Brandiie and third-party infrastructure providers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. During onboarding, data may be temporarily stored locally within the user’s browser to preserve progress before submission.
- User authentication is managed through Firebase Authentication. Passwords are not directly stored by Brandiie and authentication security is managed through Google’s infrastructure.
- All platform traffic is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
- Access to protected functionality and administrative actions is restricted through role-based access controls.
- The Brandiie platform is hosted within Vercel’s managed cloud infrastructure environment.
- Operational systems and workflow platforms are restricted to authorised internal users only.
- We only use established cloud providers for authentication, AI processing, automation, hosting, and payments rather than relying on custom-built infrastructure.

2. change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us; or delete the personal information maintained about you on our systems.
