Six Months of Silence, and Why I'm Back

I’m back. It’s been about six months since I was last here on Substack, and some of you might be wondering why I stopped. Honestly, I’ve been asking myself the same question.

This is now renamed Your Story, Your Voice. Finding your story and your voice, so your personal and business brand stays human in an AI world. My own journey, right alongside yours.

I’ll be honest: content became overwhelming. I was on every channel, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Substack, and competing with myself the whole time. Am I good enough to be here? Why isn’t this getting the traction I want? So I pulled back completely and focused on my business, on getting my offering right.

The last six months have been about building my own confidence, and building the brands I work with. And what I’ve realised is that I’m genuinely good at what I do. I don’t say that to sound arrogant, it’s just the confidence I have in the work now. Every person I’ve engaged, every company, has given me the same feedback: 10 out of 10, a game changer, some of the best training they’ve had. They’re working more efficiently because of it, and every single one of them keeps coming back for more work.

And today I woke up and realised something I’ve been missing: writing. Having a creative outlet.

That’s what Substack is for me. If you’re following along here, you won’t get the same content I post on LinkedIn. This is where I write creatively, from the heart.

We’re all using AI every single day. What I want to help people do is use it smarter, to bring their humanity into it. Their story, their insight, the foundational layer that lets AI actually know who they are. Doing the work instead of treating it like Google.

I love what I do. My business is growing fast, and this week alone I’ve had incredible conversations, including one company looking to engage me at a global level to roll out their EVP and help their people use AI in a more human way. This is the work that excites me.

So I’m back on Substack. I’d love to hear what’s on your mind, feel free to email me anytime. I’m not committing to a regular schedule. I’ll write when something comes from the heart, which is exactly what I tell my clients to do when they’ve got something to say.

So you’ll hear from me every now and then. Sometimes tips, sometimes insights, sometimes things I’ve learned, sometimes just my journey. But it will always be about helping you make AI still sound like you.

So, off we go.
